CUF is an international lay apostolate, founded in 1968 by H. Lyman Stebbins to support, defend, and advance the efforts of the Teaching Church.
Building on the only sure foundation for happiness and renewal of the family and society -the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Church- CUF has helped tens of thousands of people discover and strengthen their Catholic faith.
CUF promotes fidelity to and communion with the Holy Father and the bishops in union with him.
CUF's goal is renewal of the Church through the pursuit of holiness and the renewal of our own hearts.
The San Jose Guardian of the Redeemer chapter of CUF meets every third Tuesday of the month,
7-9 PM, at Holy Family Parish,
